Matthew Bosley is a testifying MEP technical expert.
Matthew Bosley is a managing director based in BRG’s Dubai office. He provides specialist expertise on mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) matters to support the dispute resolution process, with a particular understanding of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region design requirements and approvals processes. He has testifying experience providing oral evidence under cross-examination in arbitration hearings and provides written evidence in the form of expert reports, reply reports and joint statements.
Mr Bosley is a Chartered Engineer with varied experience as both a contractor and consultant across all stages of a project lifecycle, from early concept design through on-site installation and handover. He has worked on projects ranging from small fit-outs to major infrastructure developments such as airports and metro systems. As a project leader he has managed and coordinated the delivery of multidisciplinary design teams, including international projects delivered across several continents.
Mr Bosley’s strengths include understanding and quickly identifying key technical issues behind disputes, providing thorough analysis in an efficient manner and explaining technical MEP matters clearly to a nontechnical audience.
