Matt Sedor

Matt Sedor is an associate director in BRG’s Healthcare practice and has over twenty-five years of experience in healthcare management and consulting. He has guided large hospital systems through systematic change, driving substantial supply chain and workforce results for clients. Mr. Sedor has played a key role in developing assessment and productivity tools for environmental services (EVS), creating a specialized EVS tool, and quantifying workload and scope.

Mr. Sedor has consulted with clients for cost-reduction efforts in Purchased and Support service departments and has served as a client representative for a range of health systems. Before consulting, he spent eighteen years with a contract service company managing over 450 hourly employees across multiple lines of business within several hospitals.
