Lee Ann Hoover has focused on client relationship management, business development, and go-to-market strategy execution for fifteen years.
Lee Ann Hoover has over thirty years of experience advising banks, insurance companies, and asset managers. Her expertise includes digital transformation/technology, operations improvement, risk management, and regulatory compliance. She assists clients in solving their most complex challenges by bringing the most relevant experts to each client’s unique situation. Typical challenges include improvement of risk and compliance functions, performance/operating model improvement, technology enablement, or creation of transformational change. She works with teams to architect the right solution requiring advisory, staff augmentation, and managed services solutions. She focuses on architecting solutions that enhance the capabilities of clients while creating cost efficiencies and managing third-party and other operational risk.
Most recently, Ms. Hoover led Treliant’s go-to-market strategy across the company’s Financial Services practices; and was a managing director at Guidehouse (aka Navigant Consulting) for fifteen years in their Financial Services practice. Previously, she was the enterprise CRM lead at Allstate Insurance, a group vice president at CCC Information Services, and led financial services engagements at Accenture.
In 2024, Ms. Hoover mentored for 1871, Chicago’s Global Innovation Hub, which assists technology startups with products, community, and support. Since 2021, she has been a technology advisor to the board of directors of First Women’s Bank in Chicago.
Ms. Hoover received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS from the University of Illinois GIES College of Business.
