Lauren Posin is an associate director at Berkeley Research Group (BRG), affiliated with the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area office.

She provides litigation and consulting support in a wide variety of matters. She has focused primarily on financial consulting and damages analysis, including forensic analyses, trademark infringement, and wage and hour matters; as well as environmental damages quantification, including insurance recovery, risk and regulatory penalty analyses, future liability estimation, and allocation of liabilities and damages among multiple parties.

Ms. Posin also specializes in relational database development and management; Monte Carlo modeling and analyses for large-scale, data-intensive litigations; and strategic consulting. Her experience includes the preparation of complex business interruption damages analyses, development of a risk model for an industrial conglomerate, and use of probabilistic models to estimate future costs associated with environmental liabilities.
