Kristin Flinn provides services involving forensic investigations, financial statement analysis, and accounting guidance.

Ms. Flinn’s consulting engagements have included adherence with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and statutory accounting principles (SAP); adherence with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and industry standards for non-GAAP performance measures; propriety of financial statement restatements; and sufficiency of audit procedures and/or audit evidence. She also has experience involving compliance with internal control standards; adherence with stated investment objectives; and adequacy of disclosures.

Ms. Flinn is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.
