Keith Loo is an associate director in BRG’s Healthcare practice. He has ten years of experience advising clients on strategic and operational priorities and an extensive background in strategic planning and performance improvement. He focuses on integrated health system strategy, ambulatory operations, and physician enterprise growth.

Mr. Loo has designed and led large-scale, risk-based engagements to bring financial impact to the bottom line. His expertise includes expanding access and improving referral management across the physician enterprise to drive quality, patient experience, and growth for the broader health system.

Mr. Loo previously held strategic operations roles where he was responsible for the design and systemwide scaling of initiatives in areas such as ambulatory access, imaging, and population health.
