Frequently, this includes developing data models that employ the use of a client’s internal data, various large public datasets, and third-party market data to consider the potential impact of allegations or strategic actions. His work has been used to support clients in litigation, disputes, and investigations to measure potential liability/exposure, support testifying experts, and negotiate settlements.
