Jonathan Bradbury

Jonathan Bradbury has over fifteen years of experience in commercial management and construction advisory. He holds professional memberships in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He supports leading quantum experts in international arbitration on complex quantum and quantity surveying matters.

Before specialising in dispute resolution, he gained extensive commercial management experience with main contracting organisations across the United Kingdom and Gulf Cooperation Council on landmark projects including major exhibitions, national arenas, world-class hospitality and sports facilities, infrastructure, healthcare, education, retail, residential and fit-out developments for both private and government clients.

Mr. Bradbury contributes to expert appointments by providing quantum analysis and preparing expert reports and joint statements. His expertise includes valuation of complex counterclaims and variations, terminations and assessments of prolongation, disruption, acceleration, resource thickening, unrecovered overheads, finance and interest claims. He also supports legal counsel by preparing detailed schedules for proceedings and assisting during hearings.
