Mr. McLean is a leading industry expert on provider transformation, financial turnaround, operational improvement, and workforce-related strategies and implementation. He is also a leading voice in the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in future-state labor models.

Mr. McLean leverages business intelligence to define the financial imperatives and quality outcomes required to achieve strategic goals while building high-performing, accountable, and inclusive teams. He is an expert at the intersection of strategy and operational execution, helping organizations turn their vision into reality.

Mr. McLean holds a master’s degree in health systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
