Greg Wilkinson

Associate Director

Greg Wilkinson is an associate director in BRG’s London office. He is a competition economist with more than a decade of experience advising clients on complex UK and European competition matters, with particular expertise in merger control.

Mr. Wilkinson helps clients navigate merger reviews before the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the European Commission (EC). He combines rigorous economic analysis with a practical, commercially focused approach, working closely with clients and legal advisers to develop clear, evidence-based arguments.

In addition to merger control, he has advised on a broad range of competition matters involving agreements and abuse of dominance, including regulatory investigations and competition litigation before the UK courts, encompassing both individual and collective proceedings.

Mr. Wilkinson has advised clients across a wide range of sectors including digital markets, telecommunications, energy, transport, construction, industrials, retail, wholesale, and pharmaceuticals.
