Greg Wilkinson

Associate Director

Greg Wilkinson is an associate director in BRG’s London office. He is a competition economist with more than a decade of experience advising clients on complex antitrust and competition matters.

Mr. Wilkinson specialises in merger control and helps clients navigate reviews before the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and European Commission. He combines rigorous economic analysis with a practical, commercially focused approach, working closely with clients and legal advisers to develop clear, evidence-based arguments in fast-moving and high-stakes situations.

Mr. Wilkinson’s experience spans some of the most significant competition matters in recent years, including high-profile merger cases such as Vodafone/Three and Meta/Kustomer,* as well as numerous CMA merger reviews. He has also advised on a broad range of antitrust matters involving agreements and abuse of dominance, including regulatory investigations and competition litigation before the UK courts.

Mr. Wilkinson’s sector experience includes digital markets, telecommunications, energy, transport, industrials, retail, wholesale and pharmaceuticals.
