Greg Wilkinson is an associate director in BRG’s London office. He is an economist specializing in antitrust and competition matters.
Greg Wilkinson has more than a decade of experience advising clients on complex merger reviews before the UK Competition and Markets Authority and European Commission; and on antitrust matters involving agreements and abuse of dominance, including investigations and both follow-on and standalone litigation.
Mr. Wilkinson’s recent experience includes high-profile merger cases such as Vodafone/Three and Meta/Kustomer,* as well as merger reviews and competition litigation cases before the English and Welsh courts.
Mr. Wilkinson has broad sector experience spanning digital, telecommunications, energy, transport, industrials, retail, wholesale and pharmaceuticals.
