George Fink, PE, CCM, has more than forty years of experience in the construction industry.

He is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive testifying experience. His experience spans project management, scheduling, inspection, and coordination on residential and housing, education, transportation, hotel and hospitality, federal, courts and corrections, water and wastewater, healthcare, and energy projects. He specializes in the proper application of scheduling and project controls on major construction projects and programs, as well as preparation and presentation of claims for schedule delays and associated costs.

Mr. Fink is an expert in schedule delay analysis. He has worked with owners and contractors to dispute construction claims and prepare requests for additional time and compensation. He has coordinated, designed, and implemented management information systems on numerous billion-dollar programs, including a project that was awarded the New York City Mayor’s Technology Award in 2002.

Mr. Fink’s clients have included owners, general contractors, specialty subcontractors, and other entities involved in the construction industry. He has prepared expert reports for attorneys and clients on many aspects of construction litigation, and he has been qualified as a testifying expert witness. He has also given seminars on topics involving construction scheduling and project management.

Mr. Fink is a member of the American Bar Association and the Construction Management Association of America.
