Garrett Brucia is an associate director in BRG’s Economics & Damages and Health Analytics practices. He has more than a decade of experience advising clients on complex litigation matters, with particular emphasis on antitrust, class certification, intellectual property, and breach of contract cases. Mr. Brucia has performed economic analyses to support expert testimony in federal court, arbitration proceedings, and published studies.

Mr. Brucia specializes in advanced data analytics and the calculation of economic damages. His expertise includes evaluation of competitive effects, valuation of commercial arrangements, reasonable royalty calculations, and statistical analysis of large datasets to determine common impact in class certification contexts. He provides support at depositions and trial proceedings and assists attorneys in navigating statistical, economic, and damages-related issues.

Mr. Brucia has analyzed economic and damages issues across industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, transportation, and financial services. His experience includes analyzing multi-terabyte datasets from disparate hospital and insurance systems, pharmaceutical claims data covering millions of covered lives, and complex financial trading data. He regularly leads teams in mining these complex data systems to inform litigation strategy and support expert opinions.
