Mr. Slayton has expertise in providing restructuring and advisory services to both public and private companies. His services have included identifying and evaluating strategic alternatives, developing and implementing profit improvement plans, leading processes to sell businesses or underperforming assets, and securing financing.

Mr. Slayton has served as senior management for organizations ranging from high-growth companies to companies that were underperforming and reorganizing.
