David Saik

David Saik is a managing director on BRG’s Healthcare team, where he leads strategic and operational transformations that drive measurable financial and operational value creation for healthcare organizations.

With over twenty years of experience as a consulting partner, Mr. Saik specializes in aligning enterprise strategy with operating model performance to unlock value across key capabilities: return on assets, transactional efficiency, digital delivery, organizational effectiveness, and consumer engagement. He identifies key business capabilities that must be matured for the organizational mission, strategy, and financial sustainability to be realized.

Mr. Saik’s core competencies include mergers and acquisitions and partnerships, technology strategy, operating model design, outsourcing advisory, service delivery monetization, and performance improvement. He has led high-impact initiatives, including establishing a nonclinical business services organization that digitized delivery of nonclinical services and an enterprise technology rationalization and cloud strategy, resulting in a $125 million annual reduction of operating expense.

Mr. Saik holds a BS in business administration and an MBA from Mississippi College.
