Darren Nussbaum

Darren Nussbaum’s primary focus areas include providing financial analysis, including Quality of Earnings, Quality of Revenue, working capital and net debt considerations, and key business insights that are critical in helping validate clients’ investment theses.

Within the healthcare industry, Mr. Nussbaum has extensive expertise in the physician practice space, including ophthalmology, gastroenterology, dental, orthopedics, ear/nose/throat (ENT), and cardiology. He has experience in healthcare subsectors such as managed care, home health, revenue cycle management, practice management, urgent care, and behavioral health.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Nussbaum was a director in the healthcare transaction advisory practice at a nationally recognized consulting firm. He began his career in the assurance services practice, also specializing in healthcare, at a Big Four accounting firm.
