Ms. Wyeth has led engagements across finance and operations transformation, technology implementation, and strategic planning, working closely with senior leadership to design and execute solutions that align with client goals. She has been instrumental in the successful execution of large-scale projects, including finance modernization, strategic assessments, and process redesign, helping organizations optimize their operations and achieve measurable performance improvements.
