Ben Wagner is a director in BRG’s Economics & Damages community. He has extensive experience across all types of antitrust matters.

Much of his work has focused on issues of class certification, liability, and damages involving alleged price-fixing and collusion. Mr. Wagner also has considerable experience in matters involving the manipulation of financial benchmarks, exclusionary conduct, and the merger review process of government enforcement agencies (e.g., Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice).

Mr. Wagner specializes in project management, preparation of expert reports for use in litigation, complex data analysis, applied econometrics, demand estimation related to merger review, and developing and analyzing damages models. He has worked on numerous large-scale and high-profile antitrust litigation matters, including providing deposition and trial support for both counsel and testifying experts. He has supported experts and served clients in a variety of industries, including energy, transportation, healthcare, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, retail stores, and consumer electronics.
