  • Designed a top-three financial service firm’s virtual and instructor lead training for more than 1,500 resources to support a new monitoring and control Testing Center of Excellence operating model.
  • Led a team building a top-three financial service firm’s legal and regulatory change management program, which impacted fifteen business lines covering over 35,000 laws, rules, and regulations; developed business and reporting requirements for the systems of record, reporting metrics/analytics, and governance structures to manage the program in a business-as-usual state.
  • Part of team that led standup and implementation of the CARES Act’s Federal Reserve Board Main Street Lending Program (MSLP) and Contact Center from deal inception to program execution.
  • Guided a team of more than ten consultants responsible for supporting a top-three financial institution’s development of its compliance risk assessment program with a focus on eighty-seven specific risk areas.
  • Led Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) engagements supporting clients to ensure accurate furnishing of data and meet regulatory and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) consent order requirements.
  • Led a team of over twenty staff at a large global financial firm responsible for executing highly complex regulatory, policy, procedures, and controls mapping efforts across seven workstreams over fifteen months, enabling the client to meet regulatory deadlines and avoid significant fines.
  • Developed and implemented a global service operations change management and communication standard framework, resulting in an effective rollout of new processes to over 1,500 revenue-generating teams to drive quick adoption of new approaches across the global business.
