Alex Ward is an associate director in BRG’s Healthcare practice and has over ten years of experience in performance improvement and complex data analysis. His expertise includes clinical transformation, emergency department (ED) analytics, and developing data visualization tools to support decision-making.

Mr. Ward builds, customizes, and implements automated solutions for complex workflows to improve efficiency and reduce labor hours. He leverages extensive experience in validating, interpreting, structuring, and visualizing complex datasets to develop advanced analytics and deliver clear, actionable insights for client challenges.

Mr. Ward’s proficiency in data analysis and visualization helps identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, revenue growth, and quality improvement. He is part of BRG’s Applied Analytics team and oversees the Care Transitions, Emergency Department, and Real-Time Staffing offerings on BRG’s DRIVE^TM analytics platform.
