Alex Bohl

Alex Bohl, PhD, is an associate director in BRG’s Healthcare practice. He has twenty years of experience applying advanced analytics to topics in the healthcare industry, including market access, value-based care (VBC), population health, and quality measure programs. He has worked across payers, providers, risk-bearing entities, and life science organizations on cost, quality, and access to care, leveraging claims and electronic medical record (EMR) data.

Dr. Bohl has experience in both client-facing project delivery and business development with a focus on VBC, quality measurement, health economics and outcomes research, and refining healthcare taxonomies. He has led the implementation of the Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) and Radiation Oncology (RO) models on behalf of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).

Earlier in his career, Dr. Bohl supported clinicians in hospital and outpatient settings with patient throughput, patient safety, and data interoperability.
