In her interview, Dr. Abrantes-Metz commented: “My advice for competition economists starting their careers today is make sure you really like antitrust, because you will be doing it and thinking about it most of your waking hours! Be willing and eager to learn at every step, strengthen your arguments by listening to differing views, and look out for opportunities to make an impact. And, most of all, have fun.”

Dr. Abrantes-Metz joins the ranks of female competition experts recognized by GCR, including Dr. Adina Claici and Dr. Aleksandra Boutin, for their contributions to the field of competition.
