BRG Promotes Mark Bosley and Paul Diver to Managing Director

BRG is pleased to announce the promotions of Mark Bosley and Paul Diver to managing directors in the firm’s Economic Consulting service line. Each has played an important role in BRG’s continued growth, advising clients and counsel on high-stakes disputes and complex matters requiring rigorous statistical, economic and empirical analysis. Their promotions reflect BRG’s continued investment in developing talent from within.
“Promoting experts from within is a core tenet of BRG’s culture and key driver of our long-term success,” said BRG Vice Chairman Dave Sunding. “Mark and Paul exemplify the caliber of talent we are proud to develop at BRG. Their promotions reflect both our continued growth in the US and our expanding presence globally. We are excited to see them step into these roles and help lead the firm into its next phase of growth.”
Diver, a Ph.D. statistician based in the Washington, D.C. office and member of BRG’s Consumer Protection, Product Liability and Environment practice, has spent more than 15 years at BRG. He has applied statistical and econometric techniques, including statistical sampling analysis, in solving complex problems in matters heard before federal and state courts, administrative law judges, regulatory commissions and in arbitrations.
Diver commented, “I feel honored and privileged to have been promoted to managing director. I am deeply grateful for the continued support, mentorship and collaboration my colleagues at BRG have provided at each stage of my professional development. I look forward to continuing to work and grow together to deliver rigorous statistical and empirical analysis for our clients.”
Bosley is an economist based in BRG’s London office and member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition practice. He provides expert evidence on economic and financial issues in competition and commercial disputes and has been appointed as an expert on matters before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, UK High Court and arbitral tribunals.
“It’s an honor to be promoted to managing director,” Bosley said. “I am profoundly grateful for the support of all my colleagues at BRG, without whom I could not have achieved this milestone. BRG’s outstanding economics and disputes practice has been going from strength to strength, and I look forward to contributing to our further growth and success.”
