BRG Adds Mason Pan as Managing Director to Bolster Investigations Practice

BRG announced today the addition of Mason Pan as a managing director in the firm’s Disputes and Investigations practice, based in Washington, DC. He brings nearly two decades of experience advising multinational corporations and their legal counsel on high-stakes matters, ranging from government investigations and complex commercial disputes to global corporate compliance monitorships and enterprise-wide risk reviews. He is known for applying advanced data analytics and innovative technologies to uncover facts, assess risk and accelerate resolution.

Mason’s work focuses on helping clients identify, quantify and remediate legal and compliance risks tied to antitrust, bribery and corruption, financial crime, sanctions and trade controls. He also designs and implements proactive, analytics-led monitoring solutions to help corporations detect and manage risks in real time.
Mason’s practical, efficient, and defensible approach has made him a trusted advisor to in-house and outside counsel navigating global regulatory scrutiny and litigation exposure. He has supported matters before the DOJ, SEC, BIS and international enforcement authorities across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific.

He holds a dual degree in economics and industrial engineering from Northwestern University.
