Should the Valuation Profession Introduce Mandatory Rotations?
The UK property valuation profession is facing its most significant changes in a generation, with draft amendments to the RICS Red Book including recommendations for a mandatory five-year rotation of valuers with five-year breaks post-rotation cycle.
