David Parker, Dante Quaglione, Kotryna Drasutyte, Bethany Kirkpatrick, Edmond Lee, and Robert Scherf contributed the foreword to Concurrences’ e-Competitions Special Issue on Big Tech & Dominance.
The authors summarised key developments in competition policy and regulation in digital markets in recent years, noting that “competition authorities will continue to be vigilant about their potential to reshape market dynamics” and concluding that “the evolution of digital markets regulation remains very much a work in progress”.
