BRG Continues Latin American Expansion with New Hire in Buenos Aires
BRG today announces the appointment of Alejandro Martinolich as an associate director based in the firm’s Buenos Aires office. This follows the addition of energy industry specialist Andres Chambouleyron and Managing Director of Business Development Rudy Pittaluga in Miami earlier this year as the firm continues to expand its offering to the Latin American market, including expert and advisory services in disputes and damages, construction, forensic accounting, and financial regulation.
Mr. Martinolich, whose remit includes practice development responsibilities for BRG’s offices and business across the Latin America region, brings over ten years of experience in valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructurings. His skillset spans valuation of real and intangible assets, financial advisory in transactions, and damages quantification. Previously, he was part of the International Arbitration practice of a global expert services and consulting firm in Buenos Aires.
Mr. Martinolich has worked primarily on Latin America and US matters across a wide variety of industry sectors, including oil and gas, construction and infrastructure, financial services and banking, agribusiness, chemicals and resources, telecommunications, media and technology, real estate, travel and leisure, food and beverages, and logistics. Since 2019, he also has been a finance professor on the economics degree course at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
“With his combination of transaction advisory, capital markets, business, and damages valuation experience, Alejandro is an exciting and valuable addition to our team. I look forward to working closely with him to continue our growth in the Latin American market and internationally,” commented Daniela Bambaci, a Buenos Aires–based managing director and co-chair of BRG’s International Arbitration practice.
