• Cost and budgeting for arbitration, and whether and/or how it could be controlled
• The experts’ involvement in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, dispute boards and expert determination
• The measures tribunals can take to manage the expert process
• The availability of third-party funding and whether and/or how it can benefit the arbitration
