BRG will host a New York International Arbitration Centre Advocacy Academy session on the afternoons of January 27 and 29, with Andres Barrera acting as testifying expert for the claimant and Robert Jasek for the respondent.
The academy, hosted in parallel across six Midtown venues and featuring representatives from 22 firms, follows a mock trial format featuring a dispute in the consumer & retail sector.
