BRG hosted a two-part New York International Arbitration Centre Advocacy Academy session on January 27 and 29. Andres Barrera acted as testifying expert for the claimant and Robert Jasek for the respondent.
The academy, hosted across six Midtown venues and featuring representatives from twenty-two firms, followed a mock trial format featuring a dispute in the consumer and retail sector.
