This hands-on, solutions-focused working group divided participants into groups assigned to one of five common business interruption (BI) dispute scenarios. Facilitators guided the discussion, ensuring balanced input and productive dialogue, and experts provided ongoing input. Groups worked from a set of policy wordings and dispute outlines and shared key insights and consensus points.
