  • key trends in expert testimony exclusion
  • exclusion rates by type of challenge
  • patterns in exclusion rates across judicial districts and between judges
  • recent changes to Federal Rule of Evidence 702, which governs expert testimony admissibility, and their potential implications
  • recent admissibility rulings, including the en banc Federal Circuit decision in Ecofactor v. Google
