Robert Chamberlain joined the panel “Spotlight on Imports of Chinese Hardware and Software,” focusing on enforcement risks tied to connected technologies and national security. Panelists highlighted how value chain mapping can reveal hidden exposure across suppliers, intermediaries, and end users. They also discussed the difficulty of tracing technology flows in complex ecosystems, identifying risk concentration, and anticipating regulatory triggers, underscoring why comprehensive mapping is becoming essential for assessing vulnerabilities and ensuring practical remediation.
