On the topic of AI in arbitration, Lydia Tang will join A&O Shearman in a discussion on the use of generative AI in expedited arbitration proceedings, while Thomas Fearis will take part in the Young ICCA Debate, exploring whether AI should be permitted to fulfil every function in arbitral proceedings.
