Dr. Rosa M. Abrantes-Metz joined a panel on “Competition Law and Digital Ecosystems” during GCR Live’s Law Leaders Global 2024 conference.
Christian Von Köckritz (Gleiss Lutz) moderated the panel discussion on competition in the digital economy, including the centralized role of integration of complementary products and services into platforms. Panelists explored how these efficiencies benefit consumers and how they should be balanced against potential anticompetitive effects.
