Eversheds Sutherland US Green Summit 2023

Robin Cantor joined a panel on “Greenwashing and SEC Disclosures: What to Know Now” at Evershed Sutherland’s inaugural US Green Summit.

Moderated by David Baay (Eversheds Sutherland), the panel provided an overview of greenwashing litigation and trends, as well as proposed regulatory rules effecting companies. Dr. Cantor provided insight into recent trends in greenwashing claims and related analytical implications in the United States while presenting alongside Darryl Smith (Eversheds Sutherland) and Carter Williams (Equinor).
