ABA Litigation Section 2026 Class Actions National Institute

BRG was a proud sponsor of the American Bar Association (ABA) Litigation Section and its 2026 Class Actions National Institute.

Kevin Christensen joined the panel “AI and Antitrust: Litigating Algorithmic Price-Fixing Cases.” Panelists explored recent algorithmic price-fixing cases, key theories of liability under the Sherman Act, and discovery and expert analysis issues presented by algorithm-driven pricing.

Jeffrey Klenk joined the session “Testing Class Certification Experts: A Windfall or Beating the Odds?” Using a simulated motion-to-exclude hearing, the session examined predominance, numerosity, and the reliability of methodologies used to bridge individual and class wide proof. Mr. Klenk shared an economist’s perspective on class certification, Rule 702 challenges, and the practical considerations of challenging or defending expert testimony.
