On October 30:
- Kevin Christensen will join the panel “AI and Antitrust: Litigating Algorithmic Price-Fixing Cases.” Panelists will explore recent algorithmic price-fixing cases, key theories of liability under the Sherman Act, and discovery and expert analysis issues presented by algorithm-driven pricing.
- Jeffrey Klenk will join the session “Testing Class Certification Experts: A Windfall or Beating the Odds?” Using a simulated motion-to-exclude hearing, the session will examine predominance, numerosity, and the reliability of methodologies used to bridge individual and class wide proof. Mr. Klenk will share an economist’s perspective on class certification, Rule 702 challenges, and the practical considerations of challenging or defending expert testimony.
