Kevin W. Christensen joined the “Mock Presentation on Copyright Damages” on April 18 at the ABA Intellectual Property Law Section’s 2024 Annual Meeting.
The CLE session included analyzation of a mock copyright case and presentation of damages testimony with demonstratives. Panelists discussed best practices and tips and tricks to address various trial scenarios. Dr. Christensen provided intellectual property expert witness testimony in the case while presenting with Amanda L. DeFord (McGuireWoods), Danielle (DJ) Healey (Spencer Fane), and Stephen A. Holzen (Stout).
