On April 23, Ceren Canal Aruoba will join the session “AI Jeopardy!” to act as an expert witness and explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping discovery, witness preparation, and case strategy through an interactive, Jeopardy‑style format.
On the same day, Kenneth Mathieu will join the session “The Winning Expert: Preparing Expert Witnesses for Deposition and Trial.” He will provide insights as a seasoned expert witness during the session, which will feature defense‑ and plaintiff‑side litigators, along with a jury consultant, and discuss best practices for preparing expert witnesses for deposition and trial.
