Kai-Uwe Kühn will join the panel “Competition and Competitiveness in the EU: A Roundabout Where Competition Policy and Industrial Policy Meet” on October 15 to discuss the relationship between competition policy and global competitiveness, a longstanding focus of the European Union. Panelists will consider whether safeguarding competition and enhancing the international competitiveness of firms are competing priorities or complementary objectives.
On the same day, Alex Jacobs will join the panel “AI – Friend or Foe? How AI Redefines the Relationship Between In-House and Outside Counsel.” Panelists will provide practical insights into how artificial intelligence is reshaping legal practice, including its effects on in-house and outside counsel relationships, privilege, privacy, and other emerging challenges.
