Kai-Uwe Kühn joined the panel “Competition and Competitiveness in the EU: A Roundabout Where Competition Policy and Industrial Policy Meet” to discuss the relationship between competition policy and global competitiveness, a longstanding focus of the European Union. Panelists considered whether safeguarding competition and enhancing the international competitiveness of firms are competing priorities or complementary objectives.

Alex Jacobs joined the panel “AI – Friend or Foe? How AI Redefines the Relationship Between In-House and Outside Counsel.” Panelists provided practical insights into how artificial intelligence is reshaping legal practice, including its effects on in-house and outside counsel relationships, privilege, privacy, and other emerging challenges.
