Blockchain E-Commerce Startup Valuation

Engaged to assist the company, an open source blockchain software, in refining its business plan, developing a financial model, and performing a pre-revenue valuation estimate of the business enterprise in preparation for a capital raise. In order to perform the valuation, BRG professionals reviewed historical financial information, planned uses of funds from their capital raise, held meetings with the company leadership to review the business plan and growth/expense assumptions, researched industry comparables, and identified key strengths and risks to the business. The company is now in the process of raising capital to build the next phase of the business.
