Masks

We recognize that there are strong opinions on wearing a mask. Here is our stance: If it is required in the city or by the venue where the event is taking place, it will be required at BRG’s event.

If there is no mask mandate in the city or at the venue where the event is taking place, then wearing a mask becomes a personal choice for each of us. We ask that everyone in attendance maintain a respectful and considerate environment for all.

Be sure to check the local requirements regarding masks for the event you plan to attend, or contact us.

Hand Cleaning and Washing

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event and at most venues.

Hand washing is imperative in helping reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses. Please follow the CDC guidelines for proper hand washing.

It is highly recommended to wash or sanitize your hands often to prevent illness.

Local Venue

BRG is committed to mitigating risk at our events to the greatest extent reasonably practicable. We are working with the venues where we host our events to help ensure that BRG and the venue follow all guidelines recommended by state and local health agencies and by the venue’s management.

Seating and Spacing

Seating will be spaced using the recommended distancing guidelines between attendees as determined by the venue, consistent with state and local government guidelines. BRG may limit the number of attendees at each event, as necessary, to meet those requirements.

Food and Beverage

Our event planners will work with the venue to revise how food and beverage services will be provided to minimize exposure and risk. We may designate specific networking times that include food and beverages and will communicate those opportunities to you.

Please refer to each event’s unique agenda for more information.
