BRG In-Person Event Policy
For in-person events hosted by BRG, here is what you can expect.
BRG is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for our attendees and staff.
All BRG staff will follow the same health and safety guidelines as our attendees.
In-person event policies are subject to change depending on federal, state, or local public health guidance or venue requirements. We will communicate updates to attendees and staff promptly.
If You Are Sick
If you are experiencing any symptoms of a communicable illness, have tested positive for any communicable illness, or pose a health risk to others please do not attend the event and request a refund if applicable.
If you become ill during the event, we encourage you to prioritize your health and the well-being of fellow attendees. If you have any questions or concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional.
Hand Hygiene
Hand washing is the most effective way in helping reduce the spread of illnesses. Please follow the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for proper hand washing. It is highly recommended to wash or sanitize your hands often to prevent illness.
Local Venue
BRG is committed to lowering risk at our events to the greatest extent feasible. We work closely with event venues to help ensure that BRG and the venue follow all guidelines with applicable health and safety requirements.
Seating and Event Space
Event layouts and seating arrangements will be determined based on venue specifications, event requirements, and any applicable health and safety considerations.
Food and Beverage
BRG and the event venues will determine appropriate food and beverage service arrangements for each event. Service formats may vary by venue and event type.
Please refer to each event’s unique agenda for more information.
