Tom Choi is a noted international natural gas economist and strategist who provides a global perspective on energy economics and market fundamentals.

During his almost thirty-year career in management consulting, he has advised senior management in client organizations on making strategic decisions in the face of risk and uncertainty. He has worked with clients including international energy companies, local utilities, midstream and upstream players, investment banks/private equity firms, and governmental agencies.

Mr. Choi provided testimony before a Congressional subcommittee examining US liquefied natural gas export policy.
