Dr. Sullivan has designed and managed projects in support of expert testimony relating to lost profits, reasonable royalties, and class certification. He has advised clients in antitrust litigation matters involving claims of attempted monopolization, exclusionary conduct, tying, and unlawful leveraging of patent rights. He has also analyzed market definition, competitor conduct, and competitive effects in numerous mergers and acquisitions.
