Brandon Cradeur has more than twenty years of experience in industry and consulting, assisting companies to define and execute transformation and growth strategies, improve profitability, and increase shareholder value.

He is knowledgeable about mergers and acquisitions, working capital optimization, operational reorganizations, effective treasury management, ERP system implementation, business intelligence reporting, and leading other business transformational initiatives to reposition businesses for future growth.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Cradeur worked in private equity; as a partner and national energy advisory leader of an international professional services firm; in corporate development for one of the top 50 fastest-growing sales and marketing companies in the United States; and as a C-suite executive in an oil field services company. He served on 15 boards for a variety of companies, including those with international footprints, that generated, in aggregate, approximately $1.2 billion of revenue and $110 million EBITDA, and allocated approximately $700 million for capex budgets. He has worked on over 500 M&A transactions with a combined transaction value of approximately $22 billion. He started two companies and also launched a multimillion-dollar client service practice at a professional services firm.

Mr. Cradeur’s industry experience primarily includes oil and gas, engineering and construction, manufacturing, and healthcare.
