Shana Logue

Managing Director of Business Development

Shana Logue has more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, partnering with healthcare entities on initiatives spanning dispute resolution, compliance, and performance improvement. She is the Managing Director of Marketing and Business Development for BRG’s Healthcare practice, where she plays a central role in elevating BRG’s brand and expertise across healthcare disputes, government investigations, and compliance matters. In this capacity, Shana collaborates closely with individual experts to cultivate and elevate their personal brands—helping them translate technical expertise into thought leadership, expand visibility with target audiences, and build enduring client relationships.

Shana leverages a strong network of health law attorneys and leadership positions across the healthcare and legal communities to connect industry thought leaders and to ensure BRG’s expertise aligns with emerging industry trends and client needs. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Payers, Plans, and Managed Care Practice Group for the American Health Lawyers Association, sits on the planning committees for the ABA Health Law Section’s Emerging Issues in Healthcare Conference and the ABA FCA Mock Trial Institute, and acts as sponsor liaison to the Managed Care and Litigation Interest Groups. She is also a founding member of the Austin Chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA) and serves on the Board and Planning Committee for The Health Law Roundtable, an annual CLE and networking conference.

At BRG, Shana spearheads the firm’s engagement with the WWCDA, a cornerstone women’s leadership and diversity initiative. She also designed and implemented a system for measuring return on investment for BRG sponsorships, ensuring that the firm’s strategic partnerships deliver both meaningful business development and marketing exposure and measurable business results.

Earlier in her career, Shana served as Director of the Mission Control Office at Seton Healthcare Family, where she led a team of consultants to design and implement value propositions that generated $37 million in measurable bottom-line impact. Prior to that, she worked with Navigant Consulting, advising clients on insurer/provider disputes, revenue cycle performance improvement, and HIPAA privacy compliance, while also serving as market leader for business development across the southwestern United States.
