Seth Fisher is a CPA with over twenty-five years of experience in forensic accounting, investigations, litigation support, auditing, and providing business and financial consulting in a wide range of industries, including energy, construction, real estate and hospitality, technology, and financial services.

Seth Fisher specializes in leading complex global projects, conducting investigations, providing expert services for business disputes and litigation, performing audits, and advising companies on accounting, finance, regulatory, and business issues. He also has significant experience in performing transactional due diligence, liquidations and receiverships, designing and testing compliance programs and financial and operational processes, and providing crisis response.

Mr. Fisher’s investigations experience includes assisting companies’ Board of Directors, outside advisors, and executive teams on matters involving revenue recognition, percentage of completion accounting, reserves, cash activity, impairments, purchase accounting, intercompany and related party transactions, inventory, cost allocations, expenses, cost overruns, disclosures, asset misappropriation, kickbacks, bribery, short sellers, self-dealing, cyber breaches, and other complex accounting, regulatory, and financial reporting issues.

Mr. Fisher’s litigation support and disputes experience includes matters involving complex accounting, financial reporting, commercial contracts, M&A transactions, working capital and purchase price disputes, earn-out disputes, representation and warranty claims, lost profits, royalties, insurance claims, and other accounting, industry, and business issues. He has issued expert reports, testified at deposition, trials, and arbitration, and has served as a neutral accountant.

Mr. Fisher has consulted for companies with operations throughout the world including Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. He also has significant experience in testifying and reporting findings to various regulators and government agencies including the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the US Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Mr. Fisher frequently presents to companies and professional organizations on topics impacting businesses including accounting concerns, fraud risks, audit matters, corporate crises, and corruption.
