Roger Park has over thirty years of experience leading technology, innovation, and business transformation for global financial institutions and multinational enterprises. He advises boards of directors, chief executives, and technology and operations leaders on enterprise strategy, modernization, and new operating models with a focus on implementation and measurable results.
Mr. Park specializes in industrializing innovation by translating emerging technologies into practical, scalable business solutions. His experience includes enterprise artificial intelligence (AI), digital platforms, technology modernization, operating model transformation, and advanced technologies such as quantum computing and digital twins. His work connects strategic priorities with execution across functions, business lines, and markets.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Park was a senior partner at a Big Four firm, where he led an enterprise-wide AI transformation program that applied AI across finance, talent, risk, legal, supply chain, marketing, and enterprise technology. He also launched an AI-enabled global capability center program and led client labs focused on accelerating the adoption of commercially viable AI applications. Mr. Park also set the innovation strategy across the firm’s consulting, strategy, tax, and assurance businesses.
