Roberto Beauchamp has more than thirty-five years of experience in technical architecture and building design.

He has extensive experience in a wide array of building occupancy types, including new construction and building renovations. His professional expertise is in the multifamily and mixed-use residential sector and includes building assessments, code compliance, interdisciplinary coordination, construction detailing, and field investigations.

Mr. Beauchamp headed his own architectural private practice for over twenty years. He has participated in numerous large cases involving property loss insurance claims in Florida, Georgia, Mexico, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. He has also taken part in numerous alternative resolution endeavors as part of his extensive litigation support experience.
