Robert Hichens is an expert in corporate information technology (IT) due diligence and data governance-related consulting, with an emphasis on data strategy, data governance, data talent, and improvement of employee engagement and motivation through culture campaigns and programs.
Mr. Hichens brings together the disciplines of business process improvement, change management, technology, and law. He delivers a range of data governance, insider data theft protection, data privacy, and eDiscovery consulting services. His extensive experience crosses many industries, including energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, consumer products, and financial services.
In addition to his extensive consulting experience, Mr. Hichens’ has held roles as an IT partner and director for Mortgage Operations and Compliance at a real estate investment trust; global IT director for Design and Development Systems at a major manufacturing company; and senior manager in Arthur Andersen’s Legal Technology practice. He also held technology and leadership positions at a leading global aerospace company.
