Mary Alice Lee leads BRG’s Applied Analytics group and oversees development and implementation of BRG’s cutting-edge DRIVE (Dynamic Rapidly Interactive Visualization Environment) data analysis platform.  

Leveraging advanced visualization techniques, Ms. Lee transforms complex datasets into clear, interactive visual representations. These visualizations facilitate stakeholders’ understanding of intricate data patterns and trends, thus driving informed decision-making. She delivers actionable insights, enabling clients to pinpoint areas for improvement, optimize operations, and strategically plan for future initiatives. Her work ensures that data-driven strategies are practical and implementable, leading to measurable impacts and tangible results. 

Ms. Lee excels in the manipulation, interpretation, and visualization of vast datasets, crafting analyses that shape decision-making in the healthcare industry. Her leadership ensures seamless intake and management of extensive client data. She is an expert in hospital and pharmaceutical claims, sales, purchasing, and transactional data; and integrates these with publicly available healthcare information. She has spearheaded strategic and operational enhancement projects, setting new benchmarks for high-performing academic medical centers and assisting with distressed hospital turnarounds through clinical, financial, and operational optimization.
